S S P R & Co. was set up in 2017by CA Shivam Poddar, who began the practice as a sole proprietor under the name M/s Shivam Poddar & Associates. From the start, the goal was simple: deliver genuinely high-quality professional work and treat every client’s success as our own.

As the practice grew, so did its capabilities. Today the firm provides quality services across audit, investigation and due diligence; accounting outsourcing; internal financial control implementation; Ind AS compliance; direct and indirect taxation; company law; management consultancy; and FEMA — for both domestic and foreign companies.

We are well geared to take up assignments across these areas, and maintain associations with other Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, law firms and IT professionals to offer clients a complete range of services. In an environment of ever-changing law, we keep doing one thing: acquiring more knowledge so our clients never have to worry about keeping up.
