Who we are
S S P R & Co. (formerly M/s Shivam Poddar & Associates) was set up in 2017by CA Shivam Poddar. What began as a single practitioner’s practice has grown into a firm offering quality services across audit and assurance, direct and indirect taxation, company law, accounting outsourcing and business setup.
We work with both domestic and foreign companies, and maintain associations with company secretaries, law firms and IT professionals so we can offer a complete range of services. Each service department is headed by a partner with specialised knowledge and hands-on experience.
