CA Shivam Poddar founded SSPR & Co. in 2017 and leads the firm's audit, indirect-tax and corporate-law practice. He brings over eight years of pre- and post-qualification experience in accountancy, auditing and taxation.
He developed the firm's GST and indirect-tax practice and has a strong track record in statutory and internal audits across industries, having earlier worked with established firms including Aiyar & Co. He also advises extensively on company law and limited liability partnership matters.
An Information System Auditor (ISA) and law graduate (LLB), he combines technical depth with a practical, advisory-first approach for clients ranging from startups to established corporates.
