CA Sachin Rana leads the firm's direct-tax and international-tax practice, with deep experience across domestic and cross-border taxation, transfer pricing and assurance.

He has built the practice for direct taxes in both domestic and international taxation and has served as income-tax consultant to industry leaders, including Aero Club (Woodland). His audit experience spans statutory and internal audits across industries, including banks.

Certified in Ind AS by Delhi University and pursuing the ICAI's post-qualification diploma in international taxation, he advises on transfer pricing, DTAA, withholding and the financial-reporting issues that come with growth and cross-border activity.
